audiointerface: behringer bca2000 monitors: krk rp-5 midi keyboard: m-audio keystation 49e daw: dell precision 470 workstation (cpu: 2xXeon-2.8GHz/ram: 2Gb ddr2-400/hdd: 80Gb system & 250Gb samples - sata-150, 200Gb data - ide-133/video: geforce 7600gs 265Mb) 2" ViewSonic VX2235WM & 17" ViewSonic VX715. usually i put my sequencer program on the bigger one, and the rest - vsti, vst effects - on the other (here are sonar 6 and kontakt 2 demo). my typical virtual desktop: my guitars: fender stratocaster standard and acoustic fender dg8 mics: shure sm58s, mxl 990 headphones: akg k240s for monitoring, sennheiser hd 202 for recording rack: power conditioner: furman rr15 compressor/limiter: behringer mdx1400 mic preamplifier: behringer t1953 rever/effects: lexicon mx200 boss ds-1 my real desktop: bca2000, keystation and a guitar processor behringer v-amp2 i got a kit of acoustic auralex foam for free, when was buying my KRKs in guitar center. i've tried to stick foam on the wall, but almost everything fell down :(. and now i don't know, how to attach better this stuff on my wall. dreaming about battery 3, kontakt 2 (or hypersonic 2), massive (or rapture), some pad control (like akai mpd16), and alesis mastercontrol or alesis io|control. i want to replace bca2000 by one of the lasts for a couple of reasons. firstly, i want something firewire-connected. USB 2.0 is good, but too many things want to be connected via USB. secondly, i like the idea about all-in-one: a mixer, an audiointerface and a control console. not have decided yet, what sound library is better: kontakt 2 or hypersonic 2. the same about a synthesizer - for now i'm between cakewalk rapture and ni massive.
