The acoustic issues of the smaller 'rooms' I had with my previous setup proved to be more than daunting. I never got around to properly treating them, and figured a larger, more rectangular shaped room would prove to be somewhat easier to control effectively. The new dimensions are 19' x 10'5" x 8'5". I used the scrap wood from one of the walls to build my new desk, and it all came together one eager evening at the mercy of a hungry table saw. It's not cosmetically complete, but it works with what I've got now. I'll update again soon after I complete the desk and room treatment.
